Services Offered: At Samaritan Medical Center, the inpatient Mental Health Unit offers individualized care in a warm, supportive atmosphere. A 24-bed acute inpatient unit located on the first floor of the main facility, staff provide services to patients 18 years and older, who have been diagnosed with acute
psychiatric symptoms. Taking voluntary and involuntary admissions 24 hours per day, seven days per week, IMHU offers a comprehensive treatment regime including psychosocial groups, one on one counseling and extensive discharge planning.
