The Harold J. Wagner Memorial Warm-Line was established in July of 2007 with the help of a grant from the Northern New York Community Foundation.  Warm-line is a service that employs and trains members of the Bridges Clubhouse in providing reach out calls to individuals who can use support, encouragement, help with referrals for services or just a friend to talk to.  It is designed as a crisis prevention line and is open to anyone in the Jefferson and Lewis County regions.
